Live Smart Escrow was established in 2018 to assist Credit Union Service Organizations and their members with refinances and For Sale By Owner transactions.  Today we offer a large array of services including,  Residential, Commercial, Vacant Land, Short Sales, Bank Owned, Manufactured/Mobile Home Sales, Refinances & Home Equity Lines of Credit. We proudly service our Realtor, Credit Union, and Lender partners.  Our Team has over 177 combined years’ experience and has completed several hundreds of escrows per month and millions of dollars in client’s trust funds. Members of our team are passionate about what we do and give a customized escrow experience to each client. 

Our Team keeps current with Real Estate and Escrow trends by being members of California Escrow Association, Women’s Council of Realtors, and our Local Real Estate Associations.  We are always happy to help answer any questions.
